Considerable in-house expertise and experience has been amassed in this area of the law, equipping us to effectively represent the interests of either borrowers or lenders in the transactions. We have also been successful in our debt recovery briefs on behalf of clients.

We provide advice in relation to the full spectrum of financial matters. Our scope of work included reviewing, revising and issuing legal opinions and giving incidental legal advice raised in connection with the buyer credit facility agreement.
